About Foyle O-Bon

The Foyle O-Bon Festival Group is a registered charity (NI103135) and we facilitate an outreach programme of Japanese cultural workshops in taiko drumming, Japanese dance, manga art and lantern dedication workshops and deliver an annual community Foyle O-Bon Japanese festival. Our aim is to use Japanese traditional arts to build community and intercultural relations here in the North of Ireland.

Volunteer As Part of Team O-Bon

We have a great bunch of people in our Team O-Bon and we work hard to ensure that we support our volunteers in return by holding workshops, providing training and by doing the odd bit of socialising and Christmas quiz-ing.
